Almovi recently acquired Florestal, a company specialized in the supply of equipment designed for forestry and vegetation maintenance. Present in the Portuguese market for over 29 years, Florestal offers a range of international brands with equipment specifically devised for forest maintenance, highway vegetation maintenance, beach cleaning, composting, and creation of biomass. These brands include Energreen, HBarber & Sons, Timberwolf, Laski and Spearhead.

The acquisition of Florestal constitutes the first step in Almovi’s move into the environmental area. As a result of this acquisition, Almovi aims to increase its business area, as well as it’s portfolio of products and services, by enabling the offer of specialized equipment for the forestry and environmental area.
