The high turning capacity, together with the best space utilization, ensures greater speed and higher throughput at the composting site.

CMC SF 200
The ideal model for micro and small setups.
The self-propelled compost turner CMC SF 200 offers an ideal mixing capacity, simple remote control operation, and minimal space requirements. It features high-quality electric drives with low noise levels on the steel chain drive and turning roller. As an option, an emergency power generator can be installed to operate the CMC SF 200, ensuring independence from the power supply.

CMC SF 300
The prime example of quality composting.
Over several years, the CMC SF 300 has been consistently enhanced. Today, it represents the ideal solution for ensuring perfect aerobic decomposition conditions. For compost piles up to 3.4 meters in width, which have particularly good properties for producing high-quality compost products, the CMC SF 300 has been precisely adapted for these compost piles. With a turning capacity of over 1,000 m³/hour and a cross-section of the piles of up to 3.5 m³ per running meter.

TracTurn
Simultaneous Turning and Lateral Movement.
The TracTurn was developed over more than ten years of field use, reaching optimal maturity. Whether compost piles are triangular, trapezoidal, or table-shaped, the TracTurn can handle any type of compost pile with a height of up to 2.3 meters. The width of the compost pile is virtually irrelevant, and the TracTurn can turn up to 3.7 meters of a compost pile in a single pass. If the compost pile is wider, more passes are required.
To achieve a turning capacity of 2,000 m³/h, the TracTurn requires an input power of approximately 200 kW, thus necessitating a tractor with sufficient weight and a reverse drive system. If the TracTurn is used for multiple facilities, the tractor can also be used as a towing vehicle on public roads.
